Product Suggestions
Know a probiotic product you think we should test? We are always looking for new products to put through our evaluation process. Email hello@bestcanineprobioticsguide.com with the subject line “Product Suggestion” and include the product name, brand, and a link if you have one.
A heads-up: we choose what to review independently. Suggesting a product does not guarantee coverage, and brands cannot pay for a review.
Corrections
Spotted an error — a wrong price, an outdated formula, a mislabeled strain? Please tell us. Email hello@bestcanineprobioticsguide.com with the subject line “Correction,” the article link, and what looks wrong. We verify and fix confirmed errors under our Corrections Policy, usually within five business days.

Brand or PR inquiries: email hello@bestcanineprobioticsguide.com with the subject line “Brand” or “Press.” Please know that editorial coverage is never for sale — we do not accept payment for reviews, rankings, or favorable coverage, and sponsorship does not influence our testing. Our funding model is described in our Disclosure.
What We Cannot Help With
A few things to know before you write in:
- Order issues: We are not a retailer. For returns, refunds, shipping, or billing problems, contact the store where you bought the product.
- Medical questions: We are reviewers, not vets. For questions about your dog’s health, talk to your veterinarian — see our Medical Disclaimer.
Response Times
- General questions: within 3 business days
- Corrections: acknowledged within 2 business days
- Brand and press: within 5 business days
